Thank you for booking your moonlight experience with us.
Your experience will be from our container at Keyhaven Quay.
Please see image below and read the key information to find us.

Where to park
On the evening of your experience please meet a member of our team by our container in the
West Solent Boat Builders Yard at Keyhaven Quay.
The post code for Keyhaven Quay car park is SO41 0TR
There is a long stay pay and display car park and payment is by:
Cash, Card, Ringo by calling 01590 605959 and using location number 2588
or New Forest Long Stay Parking clocks.

There is also a short stay pay and display car park (Max of 3 Hours) along the edge of Keyhaven Quay
as shown by the P on the image above.

There is limited phone signal so we would recommend bringing loose change for parking.

In busy times parking can be difficult please leave plenty of time to park or alternatively park in
Milford on Sea and walk to Keyhaven this can take 30 - 40 min approx.
Please make sure you have parked and arrive 5 - 10 mins before your experience
this should give you plenty of time to get ready and keep groups from mixing.

If you are running late please call us on 01590 645270
Where to meet
Once parked you will need to exit the car park using the gravel path in the top left corner behind the scout hut
as shown by the red line on the image above.

Please follow the gravel path to your right heading around Keyhaven Quay towards the Hut on the waters edge.
Once round the hut you will need to turn right again into the boat builders yard
where you will see our blue feather flags, containers and kayak racks.

When you arrive a member of staff will check you in and introduce you to your instructor for the experience.
They will then run you through the experience plan and issue any equipment needed and store any of your valuables you wish to leave for safe keeping.
What to bring
On the evening of your session we recommend wearing suitable clothing for the conditions on the day.
A head torch is a good idea for the experience especially at the end when packing up but it is not essential as the full moon is all the light you need for paddling.

In colder conditions we require you to wear a wetsuit these are available from us free of charge.
We recommend wetsuit, wetsuit boots, light weight waterproof jacket, gloves and a hat.

In warmer months we recommend light weight gym style clothing which you would be comfortable and confident to swim in with extra layers to put on if required such as a waterproof jacket.
Wetsuits are still available free of charge if you wish.

For all our water users we recommend footwear you are happy to get wet.
We do sell wetsuit shoes & boots and you can use your 10% discount code to purchase before arrival by clicking here for collection on the day of your experience.

We dont have changing room facilities on site but there are public toilets in the car park which are individual
cubical these are cleaned regularly by the council and are large enough for changing.
Alternatively you can get changed outside on our astro turfed area.
We do sell towelling robes for changing which you can use your 10% discount code to purchase before arrival by clicking here for collection on the day of your experience.

We have storage in our container for any items you wish to keep dry and leave secure whilst you are on your hire such as car keys, dry clothes etc.

You may wish to take your mobile phone on the water to take photos during your experience.
