Thank you for booking your sunset picnic experience with us.
For the experience please make sure we know any dietary requirements before your session
so The New Forest Foodie can amend the picnic for you.
We will also need to know your drink selection as well.
Your experience will be from our container at Keyhaven Quay.
Please see image below and read the key information to find us.
On the day of your experience please meet your instructor by our container in the West Solent Boat Builders Yard at Keyhaven Quay.
The post code for Keyhaven Quay car park is SO41 0TR
There is a long stay pay and display car park for parking and payment is by loose change, Ringo or New Forest Long Stay Parking clocks.
There is also pay and display short stay (Max of 3 Hours) along the edge of Keyhaven Quay as shown by the 2 arrows on the image above.
We do have limited phone signal so we would recommend bringing loose change for parking.
Please make sure you have parked and arrive 5 - 10 mins before your lesson this should give you plenty of time to get ready and keep groups from mixing.
You will need to come into the West Solent Boat Builders Yard.
The yards main gates will be closed so you will need to come in through the small wooden gate show in the image below.
Please notify us if you will be running late by calling us on 07903 274107
There are public toilet facilities to use at Keyhaven in the car park but we recommend getting changed before coming to us for your lesson.
You will need to use the public toilets for getting changed as we don't have our own changing room.
So please come wearing clothing and footwear you are happy to get wet and take part in.
During warmer months we recommend light weight quick drying clothing
and a change of clothes for after your lesson.
If you have your own wetsuit and equipment we would recommend wearing your own.
If you wish to use one of our wetsuits we have a range of sizes available to us free of charge.
We can't guarantee offering you a dry wetsuit as they have all been washed after use.
Footwear for the lesson is essential and can be old trainers or beach shoes that you are happy to get wet. We do sell a range of watersports shoes and boots which can be viewed and purchased here
If you purchase shoes we can bring these for you on the day but we do not hold stock at Keyhaven.
For the sunset picnic experience we recommend bringing a warm layer for when you are having your picnic. This can be put in a drybag which will be carried over to the castle by your instructor. Any other items you wish to take with you can be also put in the drybag.
We are able to store any belongings at Keyhaven in our container whilst you are on the water such as car keys, mobile phones dry clothes etc
If you have any questions before your experience please feel free to contact us on 01590 645270 or email email@example.com
