SUP Yoga Experience
A 3 hour blissful experience on the water.
We will start with a gentle paddle out to a calm peaceful setting for our yoga to begin.
We sit and breathe, taking in the beautiful surroundings,
completely freeing ourselves of any distractions to experience peace and tranquility.
We move into a sequence of asanas on the board to release, and stretch the body,
and to work on balance and core strength at a level suitable
for each individual, beginners and advanced participants alike.
A greater sense of mindfulness will develop as we pay attention to every breath and body movement,
every placement of a foot or hand is key to keeping balance
and the pace of our practice will slow down as we gain more focus and awareness.
No experience will ever be the same as we constantly have changing conditions on the water,
but each experience will be totally unique.
We close our yoga session relaxing on the boards,
gently rocking as the water supports us and listening to the sounds of nature around us.
Allowing ourselves to breathe and feel calm, and just be in the moment ... in this experience.
We then paddle back to a scenic spot for our picnic,
where you will enjoy delicious food and have time to chat and relax.
