Stand Up Paddle Board
A 1 hour fitness class run on the boards and shoreline of Keyhaven Quay
with Caroline our fully qualified fitness coach.
Caroline will be putting you through your paces with high intensity (Hit) training, upper body, lower body and core workouts including cardio as well as muscular training using the boards to make on land skills more challenging and give you a real work out!
This session is aimed as a fitness class so we will require you to be at a BSUPA ready to ride standard to take part as there will be no SUP skill tuition just pure exercise!
The sessions runs fortnightly on Saturday mornings and is available to book online.
£25 with board hire
£20 own board
If you are using your own board we recommend inflatables for this session or please make sure your board has a d ring to allow it to be tied to mud weights during the session.
We will require you to fill in a PAR-Q for physical fitness before the session and this will be emailed with your invoice and must be returned to us for you to take part
